Ca with financial risk management

FRM with CA will certainly help you. You can look for some other certifications as well like FLIP. They are pretty good, very practical and not costly also

FRM has great prospects if you can get into one of those Banking and Core Finance companies where you find great application of Risk and BASEL Norms. If you can't, then it takes a bit of time to get into the right track. Before that, do not underestimate the FRM exam(s) as it demands a lot of Quant/Statistics which usually is not a CA's forte.(There are exceptions, though)
