ca vs tax consultant

There is a lot of difference between a ca & a tax consultant. Job of tax consultant is resorted to only taxation matter whereas job of ca is much wider covering all aspects of corporate as well as non corporate assessee. But no doubt tax consultant is a great option........

well first off all thanx for ur valuable time. now can u please clear out the difference with more details . i know u may not have that much time but would appreciate it if u could. So if u could tell me what exactly does a tax consultant does and hows the scope for me in this field.
