You are right to an extent... that means CAs are lagging behind as compared to MBAs not on communication skills front but also on other fronts.

Do you think that only a CA posses good knowledge.  If you think so, you are mistaken.  In MBA, their main motive of curriclum is learning.  On countarary, in CA there is no formal good structure of education.

Most of the people clear CA course not under the proper guidance ( i.e. not every one gets a good guru).  But MBA people gets guidance from lecturers and professiors who are tough not professionals but there are good gurus.

I felt the differences in my office between MBAs and CA and there is always a tussle to supremacy between them....

Onus is on ICAI to address this problem.  Do you think that ICAI is unaware of this... absolutely not...they are very much aware of this reality.  They turned a blind eye on this... Bagwan hi malik hai...
