AGAIN, WHETHER THERE IS ANY RULE FOR REFUND OF VERIFICATION FEES IN CASE OF CHANGE OF MARKS???

Yes there is procedure for refund of exam fees. When there is change in marks the institue post a DD of verification fees in your name at your residental address as same had experienced by one of mine friend.
For the revised Mark Sheet it is better to contact to ICAI
