Hello All,

We are looking for a CA in Ahmedabad who has experience in working with startups to help us set up everything we need to run a successful business. We are already registered but need advise on:-

Employee payroll,
Taxation, etc
Routine Book-keeping
Fund Raising
Dealing with Banks
Providing strategic financial direction to the company for aliiances, expansions, etc

As of now we are in the service sector offering staffing solutions but we are gradually diversifying in different sectors within a couple of weeks. We need somebody who has patience to grow with us, carrying a positive attitude and provide the right guidance while taking calculated risks.

As I understand from your message, your company is new and in growth phase. I feel it will not be proper to emplooy a CA at high cost. I feel like you should go for a consultant who can guide you in setting up new ventures.

Yes, Also fresh C.A. may or may not be able to comply with all the requirements. A fresh C.A. having good terms with his her trainer C.A. may be a good option services of experienced C.A. may also be available where required. But cost of C.A. may not be high considering the work that a ca (fresh or experienced) may deliver compared to one not having such professional qualification. Exception will always be there and sometimes experienec may count more than a degree too! But why cntact details missing?
