I have one query that CA who is already a Partner in a CA firm can practice in his own name (Proprietorship).Please provide some reference.

Yes he can .... But no of audits he can take will be counted together in prop firm as well as partnership firm
But is there any reference like any circular or ICAI rules available
I have studied in my ca final audit ca can be a partner in ca firm, also ca can practice in his own name. But number of audit counted together
