CA Pass 2 or 3 attempts

I DONT THINK ITS AFFECT MUCH YAR, CA IS NOT DEGREE OR PG YOU CAN CLEAR IN SINGLE R 4 ATTEMPTS...SOME PEOPLE WILL GET RANK R SOME PEOPLE WILL CLEAR IN SINGLE ATTEMPT...IF YOU GET RANK THEY WILL CONSIDER BUT IF TAKE 3 R 4 ATTEMPTS IT WILL BE BIT LESS CONSIDERATION BUT CA IS CA MAN..DONT DISCOURAGE ANYBODY...ALL THE EBST..DONT WORRY TRY TO COMPLETE IN SINGALE ATTEMPT.....

It really matters specially in current scenario. the reason is the ratio of demand and supply is not matching. There are a lot CA's out there but few Jobs. So Companies would prefer those who has shown their performance in first attampt itself.

ca in first attemt matters as many of the mnc in their selection forum shout out the cv on the basis of ca in first or secont or otheres so on this basis of selection it matters, so get redy to face the battile in first attempt and enjoy the sweet

It might be an important topic for discussion these days, but how do you think the market for a freshly qualified CA is in today's scenario??

Hello ... thanks for all ur replies. Actually i posted this question because 1 of my friends have not made it in this PCC nov 08 but however he has his articleship in big 4 and this is affecting his studies.
So probably it ll take 2 to 3 attempts for him to pass CA Final because will write it Group wise.
So will the articleship in big 4 be enough to compensate the multiple no. of attempts taken to pass the exam?
So that he is able to decide whether to give his final exams Group wise (cuz no much time given to prepare) or both groups together.

whether it affects or not but please dont discourage those  who could not clear because of genuine problems and not because of intelligence failure............and I would like to comment here one thing that academic performance is not the only criteria of evaluating one's worth. There have been people who have seen so many failures before getting success and they are now more economicaly and socially better than those who make it in first chance. It depends on one's knowledge. how he grasps. Great EINSTEIN has rightly said " Education is what remains after one has forgotten everything he learned in school".

Dont lose hope guys and dont think  if  u have cleared it in more than one , two or more attemps then u will get lesser salary,   

It is my request to everyone to not  to discourage anybody. Eveyone is unique here and has potential to go to top even when he has failed several times. Great Thomas Edison failed more than 1000 times before inventing electric light. even if u think it affects then please dont say it to other because what one thinks has impact on his ability to do.

Thanks all for givin ur comments ... now am in some position to come to a conclusion that more than 1 attempts to pass might affect the opening Job and salary but in the long run it is Only and Only the persons performance that matters and decides one's success.

its the opening job and opening salary that matters for 1st attempt or pass out in less than 3 attempt..

After getting into the industry its your performance and attitude towards the work decides your success.....
