first i registered for ca i read that for ca pass percentage will be raised from 40 to 45 from 2015 so i thought it is going to more tough. so i registered for cs. now i'm confused which course should i do

Whatever you read is wrong. ICAI has come out of the notification that the news are merely rumors and passing marks remains same ie. 40 per subject and overall 50%.
Since you have registered for both the courses then atleast give out the entrance exams of both the courses and see what is it that you will really like to pursue in your future. If you are unsure then just give the exams and see it for yourself.
