Is ca november exam registration opened?

Registered on 10th itself
I converted to direct entry and doing articleship. While filling the form for Nov 22examination will the payment option would be available till the approval is obtained from the concerned principal or will I have to re submit form. It is totally confusing Anyone please help me out in rhis

Just delete the earlier form and create new application
