Just wanted to know if it is possible and most importantly permissible by de ICAI to pursue the CA and CS courses simultaneously...My IPCC's due on May and I'll be appearing for the CS foundation this month...I m doubting on de future consequences in case i pass this one!!!please help me out,I m quite puzzled...

I think you are pursuing B.Com also. Only one course is permitted with CA. You need not to file 112 untill your articleship starts (which will start only after passing first group of IPCC) so go ahead with cs foundation. But officially you can pursue only one additional course during articleship i.e. b.com/CS. So take care for this

If you want to pursue any additional course alongwith CA during articleship period, you have to take permission of ICAI. This permission is obtained through Form No. 112. Your CA under whom you will go for articleship will also have to sign it. Here follow this link and have a look at Form No. 112
