Im Aashish D. Tripathi.

I hav just completed my graduation and in CA final (Passed PCC).

I want to practice as a CA majorly in Taxation and Revenue litigations.

I hav learnt from many sources that LLB/LLM is the best for it.

But i barely hav any idea how to go about it.

SO need u r help.

here are my questions.

1. Should I do LLB or LLM, Whats its duraton and whats the exact difference?

2. I  want to specialize in income tax litigations, can I do that ? If yes then in LLB or LLM?

3. After doing LLM or LLB will I get membership of the Bar council?

Please help me.
