I,ve heard about CA from many people dat CA iz very difficult to pass even ...as one of my friend was teling dat " u can do MBA and Ph.d but u can,t do CA " is it realy tough to pass CA??????????

It depends on your interest though there are very much chances that luck should favour you. CA need you to study hard, give up the most of fun and be study centric.
Most of person fails to clear does not mean that you will also not be able to make it in first strock. you can make it if your luck is favouring.
Failure is every where so "MORE RISK IS MORE GAIN" MBA needs money and it is valued only if it is from reputed collage :)
So now you decide whether to opt CA as your career. Inmy opinion "GO FOR IT"
