As per my view there is only 2 option.

Whether to give your 100% or leave it now. You have to change your study strategy, Whatever you did in your earlier attempts, Change your study materials. If not its better to leave it now . Dont  waste your time in more attempts.

You should try to get a catch over english, First.

Change your study strategy. I would suggest u to study Institute's Study MAterial. Try to cover maximum syllabus and avoid selective study.
