i have query regarding IPCC Exemption.
Please help in this regard.
My friend have got exemption in Law in November 2012.
In May 2014 if he fail in any subject of Ipcc 1 st group & then if get exemption in Tax will it be valid.

As long as exemption in one or more paper(s) of a group/unit, brought forward from an earlier attempt is subsisting, no further exemption in any paper in that group/unit will be given, even if one secures 60% or more marks in any paper in that group/unit.

tax exemption wil be effective in nov 14 if u score in may 14.. but not law exemption...
but but but.. y r u thinking like that yaar.. u r accepting ur failure before writing exams... y so... y dont u clear it .. u hav nothing to loose.. but everything to achieve.. so dont think that way exemption ayegi nahi ayegi etc etc.. u r just wasting all ur tym by thinking like that...u still have time.. just go for it man.. cheer up. all the best

Exemption from nov 2012 will last to succeeding 3 attempts may13 nov 13 and may14,
till may 2014 no other subject exemption will be available.
