if I clear CA ipcc group 1 in given 3 attempts under old syllabus and what about remaining group 2

Anystudent can any timeswitchover to the new course as per the recently released 57FAQ's by The ICAI, on the new course, further you must understand that what you have achieved till date cannot be cancelled just because a new subject is applicable now, exemptions or passing the whole group will be eligible and only the rest of the papers or the pending group is to be given under the new syllabus if you opt for under the new course.
