I took admission in icai on 2013 and cleared my CPT in June 2013
then next 3-4 attempt I didn't qualify in IPCC group 1.
then I left giving exam i want to restart my CA course again from IPCC .
should I start with new course or I must do this for old course and
how can I restart that

present you are eligible to write exams according to old course, why because you registered before introduction of new course.
my opinion is u should registered in new course because everyone want new in the market.if you want appear in old course then u have only 2 attempts left for clear the group.
you have two options one is u can write exams according to old syllabus, second is u can shift to new syllabus
