Are pure public goods practically possible in the practical world? give the answer with reasons

Pure Public goods is always a Myth.
Because the nature of pure public goods is.... They are Non-Rivalrous and Non-excludable.
Definitely One people consumption reduces other peoples. And No nation can provide completely Non-excludable goods.
So they are not possible
