I would suggest you to go for Siddhartha Agarwal sir's hand book.
it is not available in market, ya but you can ask to your friends if someone is attending his lecture.
or else you can go for V K Agarwal.
if possible then try to get Siddhartha Agarwal Sir's book.

No one of my friend is studying from these teacher. Any other book available in market ?

I think V K Aggarwal would work as far as ipcc is concerned
