There is not  much differeance with respects to subject.. New syllabus is almost similar..

But you will have more management skill subject in ICWAI..............

I dont deny that combination can be done simultaneously and good too...

But in today market I think CA + CS is good combination or CA+LLB also give you good exposure.............

Reply to another query, you can do the training at a time for a course. You can not carry out the training for CA and CWA of CS at a time simultaneously.
