If you have any problem regarding your registration number of CA foundation then you have to contact your nearest ICAI office. And if you have any problem with your registration form regarding medium and center then you can go with the correction facility provided by the ICAI. 

A physical or Manual application is not allowable. You will have to submit the application only through the online mode. You need to upload a scanned copy of the typed/handwritten application duly signed.  The correction window is available only on the ICAI official website.

ICAI error correction window provides two types of facilities, the first window is free of cost but the other window provides the facility of correction with the late fee of 1000/-.
