Hi Sir/Mam, I have registered with CPT in 27-Mar-2017 due to personal reason I left out for CPT exam, Now My CPT Registration is expired on 27-Mar-2020, So now what is the procedure to change CPT to Foundation(Conversion) , or renewal of my registration.
