What is the rationale behind starting CA Proprietorship Firm? That is , if Mr CA abcd wants to practice :
He can do indivitually and put up name as CA Abcd, Charrtered Accountant
or
he can start proprietorship and name as ABCD & Assocaites , Chartered Accountants
I wish to know why some one stats proprietorship firms ?
Is there any advantage over other form ?
