Hi Could you please provide me the details regarding if an Chartered Accountant who is working in a MNC ( full time employee) can became a partner in a CA firm ? Whether it is working or sleeping partner ?

No.. As per Sec.224 1(B) of the Companies Act, 1956 , A chartered accountant who is in full time employment cannot make practice.
