no this rule is not in ca, i think in cs these rule is applicable...
Cant even fill up the CA - Final Exam form
You have to either complete your articleship or be in the last 6months of completing your articleship to even appear in CA Finals
NO IT'S NOT POSSIBLE...
ARTICLESHIP IS COMPULSORY FOR GIVING CA FINAL EXAM...
