How can I buy CA final practice manual or study mat old course of some subjects, if I am currently living in Bihar, mujaffarpur.

I dont think ICAI would be publishing the study material for old course though you can check it on https://icai-cds.org/. If it would be available then you can place order online and they would deliver it to your doorstep.

However you dont need to buy the study mat or practice manual because you can download it from the knowledge portal of ICAI and can take printout of it.
