1a is correct .. swap ratio in 6a I got 0.17775

yes promoter;s holding question has missing percentage. it was wrong. but i solved by taking assumption as existing promoter;s holding was 80% and now it has to be reduced to 75%. hence balance bonus issue is 100000. this question can not be solved, it was wrong. i used assumption hope that ICAI will give marks

My swap ratio was 0.175. Even I got 0.17775 or whatever it is when I didn't deduct preliminary expenses from the equity net worth. I think you needed to deduct them because expense not written off is deducted from net worth.

Merger question..... Bonus shares =25/75 of 3000000 shares = 1000000 bonus shares such that PE ration of 5 is maintained Final answer bonus ration 1:3

The bonus issue question was incomplete according to me. You had to assume promoter holding according to me. Otherwise the question was not solvable.
