1a is correct .. swap ratio in 6a I got 0.17775
lease rent coming to something as 820k. has STCG being considered while computing cash flow
My swap ratio was 0.175.
Even I got 0.17775 or whatever it is when I didn't deduct preliminary expenses from the equity net worth. I think you needed to deduct them because expense not written off is deducted from net worth.
Merger question..... Bonus shares =25/75 of 3000000 shares = 1000000 bonus shares such that PE ration of 5 is maintained

The bonus issue question was incomplete according to me. You had to assume promoter holding according to me. Otherwise the question was not solvable.
