ICAI hasn't yet made any official announcement. But recently, in a National Convention held at Indore, the vice president of ICAI, Manoj Fadnis Sir has informed us (I was one of the speakers for that convention) that the final results are likely to declared on 9th August. This is not any speculation. This is only to inform all my fellow final students who are eagerly waiting for their results. Good luck :)
