Dear Pankha, Nam ke hi CA hai phr bhi ap unke saath work kar rahi ho..........so yahi ap dekhiye CA mai Knowledge ke saath CA banna bhi pehle jaruri hai..

May be its different this time, the reason is RTI in effect.
As per my views, it wil lbe near about 15%.
