Ca final renewal of registration

I was initially registered for Final in August 2012.

Can a final student apply for renewal of registration before completion of initial registration period (i.e.5 years from 2012 in this case) & does Inital Registration Number change after renewal of Initial Registration?

What is the procedure for renewal in terms of,

- Handwritten Application/ Specified forms (if any)

- Renewal Fees

- Correspondence Address (office) for western region students etc.
