1. No, there isn't any difference in the registration procedure of Final level for students converted to IPC from PCC.

2. Technically speaking, you can appear for CA Final exams in May’15 itself, as you are from PCC route and fulfilling all the eligibility criteria for appearing in the exams, like completion of articled training and CA-IPC/PCC.
(If you wish to appear in the exams, then register at the earliest and fill the exam form as a provisional candidate.)

3. Single course of GMCS shall be applicable to you. Old GMCS course has been discontinued by ICAI w.e.f. 01.04.2014. Students, who registered for articleship on/before 30.04.2012, need to do only GMCS-II now, instead of the erstwhile GMCS -> View ICAI announcement

What is final registration procedure??

And I don't want to appear for final now in may15 as I am not prepared now.

So i won't fill exam form.

And sir can you guide me for coachings....
