I've cleared both group of IPCC and have commenced articleship. I've already applied for the articleship but haven't yet registered for Final.
Is there any problem..? Do I need to register for Final and Articleship together..?

If you have cleared both group of IPCC before joining Articleship than you have to register for CA Final along with articleship

It is compulsory, ICAI will send you letter for CA Final registration
You cannot do it later
But I've already applied for article registration. what can I do now ?
Wait for further communication by ICAI or visit your nearest reasonal ICAI office.
