Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies the CA Final registration process, particularly regarding automatic conversion to the 'new' scheme. While ICAI aims for auto-conversion, it's recommended to use the SSP portal manually to ensure a smooth transition and access study materials. Be prepared to re-upload documents like marksheets and photos if the portal requests them, even if previously submitted.

To find the right teacher for you, I recommend these steps:

  • Check Exam-Oriented Batches: Many top educators offer "Fast Track" or "Exam Oriented" batches specifically designed for quick revision and summarized notes.

  • Review Demo Lectures: Most reputable CA teachers provide free demo videos on YouTube. Watch these to see whose teaching style and note-taking method aligns best with your learning preference.

  • Look for Updates: Ensure the course material is updated for the most recent syllabus and amendments, as tax and law subjects change frequently.

In summary: While ICAI performs automatic conversions, the manual process via the SSP remains the most reliable way to expedite your transition and access study materials if the system has not yet updated your status automatically. You are required to re-upload documents if the portal requests them as part of the verification process.
