I have cleared second group now appearing for ist group.
pls assist me which companies amendment act 2005 or 2006 is applicable for Nov 2006 exam ? same in the case of CA act 1949 - whether ammendments will apllicable for Nov exam ?

frankly speaking there is no one good book on FM. you may have to refer couple of them. i am presently reading FM by Van Horne (fundamental of fm, and advanced fm).
Hi...i too am a CA final grp 1 student having cleared my 2nd grp. For MAFA Mr Pattabhiram's book is good. Also there is a book by prassana chandra. As a piece of advice, be good at theory for scoring good marks in MAFA. Good luck for ur exam. Hope we become proud CA's in nov'06
