CA Final Old to New Course Query

Hello Friends, I wish to convert from Old to New course of CA final.

My questions:

1) If I convert now, can I appear for November'21 exams?

2) Are there any other requirements for appearing for the exams? Like ITT, MCS etc? Any link to to ICAI announcement/notification?

Please complete advanced itt and MCS before the exam

I have already done ITT course while in PCC. Do I have to give it again?
