CA FINAL OLD TO NEW.

Somebody, Pls Clarify
Dear All,
I am an CA FINAL OLD COURSE GR- 1 CLEARED student. Have also completed GMCS already. Group 2 Pending only. Since, old course is not in existence so converting into new syllabus.
Q- DO I REQUIRE AGAIN TO COMPLETE ADVANCE ICITSS? I HAVE ALREADY DONE GMCS.
Q- IF YES, THEN BEFORE SITTING FOR MY GR-2 EXAM OR AFTER THE RESULT?When?

Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies the transition for CA Final students moving from the old to the new syllabus. If you've cleared Group 1 of the old course and completed GMCS, you are exempt from completing the Advanced ICITSS again. This exemption applies even if you haven't finished GMCS, as it's not a prerequisite for appearing in exams and can be completed before applying for membership.

If you have already completed GMCS then it's not required .

There is an exemption to Old Course students.Even if they have not completed GMCS then they need not complete it to attend exams.

One can complete before applying for membership
