CA Final old syllabus Paper 7DT Book by Bangar

Hello Surbhi,

In my opinion for DT please choose any one of the following books --

Vinod Gupta Sir's Notes OR

Bhanvar Borana 's Comapct .

AND most essential keep Income Tax Bare Act along with you.

Because studying law without Bare Act is Not Good Practice .

My personal choice would be VG Sir's Booklets because i am also studying from them.

VG Summary book is best. Then Bhanvar Borana's Compact. You can go with TN as well.

Practice from PM. Because it boost your confidence. Doesn't matter what you read Q's from. Go for PM for topics that haven't amended. Most likely New PM will come in January last or Feb first week.

But
Durgesh is flop. Bangar for DT is not recommended by most (Though it is similar to IDT ).

Whatever you read from make sure you revise on the last day of exam.

Because it doesn't matter which book you read from, If last day you couldn't complete IMP topics.

VG Summary omits cerain small topics, BB also omits cerain provision but it is good during exam time and revision. TN Manoharan main book is best but vast i.e. around 1200 pages. Durgesh sir capsule book, i have heard but it was his 2nd edition for Nov 2017. Bangar i was considering as it iscaround 800 pages and covers as per icai contents in smooth manner like his IDT book

For DT comprehensive book, how about

1. Ahuja Gupta

2.Mehul Thakker

3. Ravi Chhawachharia

Priority
1. Bangar Book for smooth study and learning
2. TN Manoharan as it is more student oriented
3. Ahuja and gupta by bharat publication
these books cover syllabus as per icai i mean at least 90%.
along with BB compact
other books regular edition not available and not stable.

Currently only two new books are available and i think bangar is much better option now it has been updated .
