CA Final old syllabus-last attempt ?

 till now it is nov 2009,but as we have seen that pe-2 has been extended later on,so final old syallabus can also b extended.but for now it is nov'09

what if, it is not goin to get extend & someone has cleared just one of the groups. 

Can one get that  " cleared group " 's benefit in new course ? or can Exemption in any subject  be carried forward in New Course ???

Nov 2009 being the last attempt for old syllabus as per the BOS circular. Is 

I would like to ask just one question. Is this the first time that they have issued the call or there have been previous extensions to conducting the exams in the old syllabus also.

If you have cleared one group in the old syllabus then you have to clear only the remaining group in the new syllabus...I'm not sure about exemptions though
