CA FInal old scheme shifting to new scheme

Hi experts,

Could anybody help me as to what is the process to shift from CA final old scheme  to new scheme. I have completed my PEII in may 2006 & completed my articleship also after that i have not given any attempt for CA final.

i would like to continue now thereforeIt would be really kind if anybody can tell me what is the process to shift to new scheme if so what is the process for that.
