Quick Summary
Due to practical difficulties. They may extend the old syllabus for 3 more attempts..
Many people already got exemption in ISCA in Nov 2019.And few more may get exemption in coming attempts.So new syllabus has no ISCA .So they must extent old syllabus for few more attempts.Else they must add ISCA as an optional subject for converted students
