Disallowed under section 40A(3)
Disallowed since payment goes to a single person..
Its disallowed. I was also an examinee to this exam n wrote the same answer. if we consider different bills then sec 40a(3) has no relevance. Everybody can and will obviously take advantage by taking diff. Invoices from the supplier or service provider.
Disallowed...assuming dates of all the bill is same...so even if each bill is of 15000 but dated same it will b treated as though payment made in a day...to save from disallowance the bill date needs to b different..
Disallowed.... a single day
I think it will be disallowed
Disallowed as payment has been made to single person in single day in cash in excess of Rs. 20000
Since payment has been made by cash and six different bills has been issued it is considered as hotel is giving services to six different person and as such it does not exceed minimum limit of 20000 Rs so no dis allowance will attract.
It would be disallowed
In the question its said co. Is paying 90000, ans is there only doesn't matter how many bills hotel issue. Disallowe.
As per section 40A(3) Its should be disallowed
Disallowed............
Disallowed. well explained by kirthiga Rao

Disallowed : 40A (3) is applicable person wise and day wise and not bill wise.
