ca final Nov attemp eligibility

I received a mail from ICAI requiring me to confirm my eligibility for appearing in nov examination.
I filled up the examination form correctly and I am unable to understand why I received that mail. I am serving the last six months of my training and have attached the required service certificate regarding the same. don't know what to do now.
