Sorry, its my mistake even I doesnt understood what I was thinking when I gave that question. I myself could not stopped laughing when I saw replies to question. I wanted to ask whether the exam of the students who will be appearing for the first time in FINAL (Nov 09- Old course) is preponed to May 09? As all know that the Nov 09 is the last exam of Old syllabus. That mean student appearing first time for Final in Nov 09 will get only one attempt of old course & will have to shift to the new course in next May2010. One of my freind told me that Institute is going to prepone the exam of such students to May2009. So please reply if anybody knows anything about it.

I guess....he meant abt d CA(Final) last attempt (as per old scheme)....in Nov 2009 n not 2008...

I think he wish to inquire about the BOS announcement that a persons who has passed PE-II exam can appear in final exam after 2 years of articleship even when he is regd. in the new course.THat way a person who is eligible to appear in nov 09 for finals under new course can now appear for the same in may09 if he has passed PE-II

If it's being preponed to May 08, then I suppose you'll just have to travel back in time.
