Ca final new syllabus- elective paper

Can anyone suggest me which elective paper for CA Final new syllabus should be choosen and how to read and prepare the notes.

I thought of choosing economic laws but all the toppers have choosen international taxation.

Please guide me in choosing the proper paper

If you are good with tax you can choose international taxation. Otherwise from what I have heard economic laws is the easier option
