Ca final new syllabus applicability

only launch of new syllabus has been announced. But some changes in Financial reporting will be there, Indian A S are included in syllabus. And DT IDT has been changed to include international tax scenario.

So fix no change subject would be SFM and AMA / Costing. Be prepared for changes in all other subjects.
