Ca final new scheme- books

I have converted from CA final old scheme to new scheme and I have received my login credentials for ordering books . When I  selected books for ordering and proceeded for payment, it showed that the coupons are not available for redemption. Please help me with the issue.

I have also ordered DT-IDT modules and no coupon was available. ICAI also charges shipping charge of ₹93 on ₹1000 module.
