CA FINAL (NEW COURSE) REGISTRATION

Hello friends, and respected members
i am CA Final student and my exam is due on nov 2019 and there is issue in registration . One thing the site is not working and another things is the self service portal is not working the issue is that in self service portal compulsory selection of Nationality option is not working.And one query whether we should register through new self service portal or from the same previous portal. please suggest how to register as soon as possible
