CA Final (New Course) - Reference Books

Seniors, Please Help !!

I will be appearing at CA Final (New Course) in May 2011. I know there are many reference books available for practical & theory subjects, but I want to know which books have enough examples for practice (with solution, if possible) especially in

2. Strategic Financial Management

3. Advanced Management Accounting

4. Direct Taxes

5. Indirect Taxes (I Dont know if there are any sums)
