where do u find decreasing trend??

2 more days let us see who the real fool is..8.26 to 5.36 is a decrease...looking at the complexity its a prediction..No one above can say the exact result except ICAI..Look at ipcc results too even they are decreasing..I just predict it to be between 4-5..
