As per latest notification, it has been deceided that chapters 7 to 10 of study material are excluded i.e compromises, preventionof oppression, revival of sick co and winding up. However, these chapters are still included in all author books whichever i had verified.So, should i study those chapters or not...??pls suggest!!
those chapters have not been removed from the syllabus. The SM and PM of those chapters is old and so ICAI has issued notification not to refer old sections as they are as per co. act 1956. So we have to study the new sections which became applicable from Nov 2017 exams as per co. Act 2013. Hope this suffice.
Ohh okay...but which material should i refer for those chapters...??? I did not see any separate material for those chapters hosted in icai website.....
