Ya even I have bought law modules & PM's of Jan 2016 editions. Yes, inside content is applicable from May16only. Mite be it has printed wrongly as nov2016 in front page. Lets wait for clarification from icai.

I think you're right. The latest edition of practice manual should be applicable for May 2016 exam also, since the amendments made upto 31st October, 2015 are incorporated in this PM. I suggest use this PM to study for May exam.

No every body not make a mistake...as january 2015 edition is applicable for may 2016, evenif icai has published new amended pm of january 2016. Pm of january 2016 edition is applicable to november 2016 exams...i am sure about as i have already contacted to my local branch of icai and clarified for that matter..

I think many answers will get an additional note as per january 2016 pm as it contains various ammendments applicable on us...

Further I want to enquire about Costing latest PM i.e. January 2016 edition which has added a new PART C "SCENARIO BASED QUESTIONS"

WILL THEY BE APPLICABLE FOR MAY 2016 CA FINAL EXAMS????

PLEASE REPLY URGENTLY

Apurvakumar k shah ..Thanks For Your Response

I doubt that January 2015 edition applicable on May 2016 attempt as many answers have changed due to amendments applicable on us incorporated in January 2016 edition of PM

Ok so u can visit ur local branch office of icai and clarify it, as i have also clarified that matter from our branch...
